CLAS offers a strong foundation to explore your interests and prepare for what’s next. You’ll gain access to career coaching, job search support, events, and professional development opportunities designed to help you discover paths and build confidence for the future. 

Mentorship Programs

Grow with guidance from a CLAS mentorship program. You’ll be paired with mentors who offer real-world perspective, professional advice, and support as you develop your skills and career direction. 

Scholarships

Each year, CLAS awards scholarships to students based on academic merit and financial need. These scholarships help reduce financial stress and student debt, giving students greater flexibility and more time to focus on their coursework, learning, and academic goals.

Student Leadership Board

CLAS Student Leadership Board members serve as ambassadors for the College, enriching the student experience, connecting with alumni, and embodying the values of a liberal arts education.

Study Abroad

UConn offers more than 200 experiential global learning and study abroad opportunities including internships, field work, and research programs. 

Undergraduate Research

The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) helps students discover and develop opportunities to engage in independent or collaborative projects with faculty and mentors across a wide range of disciplines.
