Orientation

We’re excited to welcome you to UConn and support you as you begin your academic journey. New first-year and transfer students will receive an invitation from the Undergraduate Orientation Office with details about attending Orientation. Orientation is mandatory and your opportunity to connect with the UConn community, meet with advisors, and build a strong foundation for your first semester.

Before attending Orientation, you’ll have the opportunity to explore CLAS and learn more about its academic programs, common curriculum requirements, and resources. You’ll also learn how to navigate the Student Administration System.
